5K on a moderately hilly route in just under 27:00.  It was cool, but really humid this morning. 5K has been my basic run mileage 3-4 times a week now for a few weeks.  Need to start upping this, so hoping to do 4 a few times next week, but trying to responsible with my 50 year old body. ;)

Excellent plan. I believe 3 miles every other day for a month is the perfect starting base before you can increase your mileage.

7 miles in the 4000% humidity.  Right after Harvey, we had amazing temps for awhile.  It's looking pretty bleak for the next couple of weeks.

6 mile slow run + a quick 10 miles cycling.

Humid stretch here too. I guess Irma and now Jose have been pushing warmer and more humid air this way.

12.5K.  Felt like a July evening run.

1 mile easy
most of the parts that ached after the half are now fine
The left knee is a little sore, but ok.
