7 sweaty miles.  I mean grotesquely sweaty.  The heat wasn't too bad but the humidity was of the type that sucks your soul out of your body.  When I got home I jumped into the pool fully clothed, socks and all.  (I did take my shoes off first tho).  I imagine that steam was pouring off of me. 

3.5 of the miles was with DW.  She doesn't like to run more than 5 miles and this morning she was fine with the 3.5.  I kept going as some sort of self inflicted punishment I guess.
