3 miles around the hood with DW and the dogs. 

Nice and slow, 41:21 ....13:17/mile average pace.  DW's ankle is bothering her.   She is icing it now.  :(

not so LSD - only 2.4 miles (long for me, currently) but at 7:22.5 a mile (fairly fast for me).
