Interesting link, but based on my most recent 10K and HM, I would be running 20 minutes faster than based on my most recent 5K.

I always take these things with a grain of salt and add 10 mins.

It's been 3 years since I've finished a full. It'll be interesting to see how much better, if any, this prediction is. I'll go crazy and target 5 mins faster than what the calculator tells me.

They tend to be accurate.  I actually believe that their predicted time based on the 10k and HM is right.  It would be a BQ, even though I have no intention to ever run Boston again.
