Double workout today:
First - 5.1 miles at lunch.
Later, after work, it's our weekly track workout! Today, I have everyone doing 400 meter relays. We'll pair up into teams of two, then each person will run 8 x 400m repeats, alternating with their teammate. After, we'll all head out for dinner and drinks.
Counting warmup and cooldown, around 8-9 miles for me.
