4 and I'm starting to push harder for speed b/c I was really unhappy w/my current marathon and 1/2 times.  So, they were all well under 10 minute miles. 
Then, it's just the ol' squat, catch and pitch...--Makeda

11.65K.  Felt better than I thought I would after yesterday's Half Marathon distance run. 
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
