7 mile tempo.

Fun with loose dogs chasing me. Got bit (no broken skin). Ongoing  drama for a couple  of  years now. Finally called the police. Chatted w Trooper who chatted team nit-wit up. Chatted w officer again. Maybe it will have an impact on behavior.

1-mile warm up
10 x 200 meters with 200-meter jog recoveries
5 x 400 meters with 400-meter jog recoveries
1-mile cool down
