Sprint workout today on a snowy track. About an inch of snow made it interesting to say the least:
800m jog
20 minutes dynamic stretching (high knees, butt kicks, elephants, Mach A&B skips, grapevines)
5 x 50m with starting blocks
2 x 150m, 150 rest
2 x 200m, 200 rest
1 x 300m
all at 85-90% top speed
