Weights plus 5.7 miles which included a hard 0.3, 0.6, 0.3 and 0.6 miles with a 0.3 mile jog in between at a school yard -- way too humid

Nothing yet. My legs are tired & cranky so it may be an unplanned rest day. Or I might get out there some time this afternoon

Finally got out as I've been slumping (more really busy).  Did 4 at lunch in the heat.  Not easy to go to this from inactivity the last month.  Things should be clearing up on my calendar.

Six miles at 9 am because I was working from home and could work early.  But by 9 am it was like a friggin swamp already.  I hate the heat.

Ended up doing 4 miles easy instead of the 7-8 of hills I had planned.

4 miles mostly running. Hot, but found good shade.

10k time trial. Conditions weren't bad. But it was still 70 degrees.

2 miles about 3 seconds per lap too fast. Then 1 mile at the proper pace.
Quit at 5k.

I was aiming for 7:58 per mile. Went out at about 7:46. Overheated and shut it down.
My goal is to break 50 minutes, or hopefully 49:36, so why am I going out at 48 pace? Dumb.

This is the third time in a row I have shut it down early.
At least 7:50 seems like a cruise pace instead of an all out pace.

Are you using a gps to keep you on pace?
