1 mile easy. Foot getting better.

Outside muscles didn't hurt.
Muscles on the side of the arch did.
At least it's in a slightly different spot than the old injury.

11 miles at 9000-9600 ft. After a few stops and goes to find the trial and then a good logging road ran at 7:30 - low 8s. That rest day did wonders. Haven't felt better in weeks.

35K.  Last LSD run before marathon taper to Missoula Marathon on July 12th.

Got to love the summer solstice.  Started by run just before 5pm and finished just over 3 1/2 hours later and the sun was still out.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
