Four miles a little faster than I was supposed to run, but not hard. Last run before Monday. Gorgeous morning and saw the sunrise over the ocean.

Good luck on Monday.

Thank you! I'm hoping to just stay in control until about mile 22, and then if there's anything left to leave it on the roads.

5k time trial on the track. 26:05
SB by 70 seconds, also 2 mile split was a SB
Hard effort, but not all out
Mostly painfree, just the usual aches.
This time is comparable to where I was this time last year
Despite being only in week 6 after a 4 month layoff.
Lungs are getting there, the weight isn't.

Good miles everybody.

10.75K.  Pulled a chest muscle during a coughing fit yesterday so a super slow run today.

4 miles. I saw a pair of Canadian geese and the river was still very high.
