Tuesday, February 10th

Walked to the gym, ran 6 miles with hills, walked back. 

Spent some time shoveling.   

Felt so much better afterwards.  Made up for doing almost nothing yesterday except drink & despair.
"Libs are all pro-choice until it comes to something important like trash service."

decided to do an easier hard workout today-
5K on the track in 22:26

super windy!  but felt mostly good :)
