4 miles.  Blah.   Cut it down from 7 cuz I don't feel well.

Yesterday and today 3 each on the treadmill. I'm dismayed. The little gym I use at school (just a few machines in an old racquetball court) used to be deserted because all the students like the big, noisy room. But my little room has been packed. Must be the pre-Spring Break rush.

42 minute tempo run that sort of went awry, and it was supposed to be 45 minutes.  Tempo runs are somewhat new to me and I haven't quite figured out the tempo of a tempo.

11K.  Litlle bit of a windchill out there.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

A long 6km or short 4 mile.
I love running Wetlands track. Hundreds of birds drinking from the billabong's after yesterday's rain.
