Hangover Run 5K...and took 30 seconds off my time for a shiny new PR for the new year!  :banana:

ETA...reviewing the results online and saw that it was good for 6th in my AG. Damn, the 40-something women are fast.

I did a HM, one minute faster than last year. I think I was second in my age group, from the preliminary results they poste at the race.
