Where do you go to run at night? I have to drive to town this time of year and it is such a deterrent, lol.

6 miles in the daylight. The light was a nice change from my now usual night runs but my legs were feeling last night's hill session.
Long run tomorrow!

I believe I have humbled myself out of signing up for an actual race and will instead celebrate my birthday with a 24k run instead. 50% of my age, lol.
This may require traveling to find a suitable route as my birthday is in February.
30 minutes on the treadmill plus arms legs and core for me.
Re-Fridgee-Eight Miler in Waterloo on Feburary 8th? https://raceroster.com/events/2026/101686/re-fridgee-eighter-2026?aff=FZ4HSDay off for me, so spent most of the day putting up my front lawn Christmas delcorations, then got in my monthly half marathon training run around sunset. Nice 8°C weather.

Another 3 miles. This one a bit chillier at 47°F and a whole lot wetter. Had a good tempo run though and enjoyed it a lot c

About 5.6 miles and strides for a total of 6.25 miles.
Dark and chilly but I wore shorts.
