Colder and wetter today with a temperature of 47° and a steady drizzle. I did a 3 mile tempo run which helped to fend off the chill and allowed me to stay in shorts so I didn’t end up with soaked pants.

We're going to friendsgiving. I'm bringing the squash casserole from the Moosewood cookbook.  I believe the usual will be had. Turkey, potatoes, cranberries, pies... football.

2 mile warm up, 3x1 mile with .25 mile jog between and 1x800 meter, 2 mile cool down. A total of 8.25 miles.

Good tune up and last hard work out before my big race next week.
