Temp down 10° to 53° with overcast skies but still dry during my 3 miles today.

I ran 44 miles last week, capped off with a 10K road race. 38:17 for 1st in my age group and got 3rd overall in age grading (by a very slim margin, 0.7 seconds, i.e., 0.05%).
