First run of the new year! Been about two weeks of being lazy and eating THC gummies. I didn't feel anywhere near as rough as I thought I would, managed my normal pace at normal effort, but the first quarter mile felt real strange. Found out after the run I gained 10 pounds since last time I ran so that was probably the weird feeling.

My three weeknight runs this week together covered almost half my home trail.
Perhaps I will cover the remaining 22k on Sunday!
