Took my usual off-Friday mid-morning trot

I thought about doubling up to catch up a little on @Slowtwitch #ST100in100 #ST100Runs100Days, and doing some TM time then a biggish weight workout since no one would be around on Friday afternoon, but since I'd probably be doing that on Saturday anyway, I skipped it
