6.1 hilly pre-dawn miles with my friend who makes me run faster. Good run, had to take off my jacket and leave it on a fence somewhere. Will retrieve when I take my kid to basketball later this morning.

7 miles. Nice downpour at the end.
Also one hour strength routine.

rest, since it was raining all day. Long tomorrow.

Pain in my big right toe, took coffee and ibuprofin.
I can get on up on my toes but I can't run, walked around outside and it just doesn't feel right.
Better to back off for today.
