800M warmup.
20 minutes dynamic stretching and plyo.
100M (15-17), walk 200
200M (35-39), walk 300
300M (58-64)

10 minutes rest, then repeat.
800M cool down

90 minutes Yoga X

5K race:  I started to quickly and paid the price in the last mile which was pretty pedestrian.  On the bright side, I was first in my age group.

5.87 on Mill Stream Run Reservation in Strongville Ohio. Great trail near Super 8 and Holiday Inn.
