Track workout tonight!  Supposed to be in the 20's woo-hoo!  FInally, some decent running weather.  My workout will be 5 x 200 m repeats @ 80-85% top speed (targetting 35-37 secs).

...on the treadmill, 2.4 miles, but I DID IT!
