3 miles tempo run -- 30 degrees

Eight miles. Also 30 degrees.

Track workout today! 5 x 200M @ 80%. (35-37 secs each).

8 miles…first 5 with friends from work, then we ran (not raced) a 5K our coworker coordinated and our company sponsored. Then we ate eggs.

7 miles.

3.5 on the treadmill, plus some snow shoveling

17.5 super-hilly miles; 7:30 min/mile avg.
Longest run in probably four years.

4 miles easy. First run since the marathon 2 weeks ago. Felt great to be back.

I'm in the alcove and I'm :snowball: today.

9.5 trail miles. Felt great.
ETA: Funny how you can feel like such a badass on a run, and then feel like a creaky old lady 5 hours later.

Out with a friend for just over 8 miles, early this morning. Then 75 min yoga class, that started with a bunch of foam roller stuff :heartbeat:.
