Track workout tonight! 20 minutes of ballistic stretching, 5 x 40m progressive sprints, then 6 x 150 meter intervals @ 80% maximum speed.

Blergh. Wanted to get out at 7 am but that didn't happen, so was on the treadmill tonight for 5.7 miles, with some intervals in the middle.
