Title: October 31 - HALLOWEEN!
Post by: caito on October 31, 2014, 07:55:20 AM
My trick & my treat is a 100% rest day.   Haven't had one of these in several weeks.

Yay for rest days! Same here. Although my treat is going for ART / Graston, and getting a gait analysis at my chiro, on the Alter G treadmill. I'm just curious as hell about that thing!

Sore from my excesses of yesterday so I did an easy 2 hours on the bike this morning. Almost got my ass run over by an idiot in a pickup truck. He probably couldn't see me too well because it was only 5:15 when I finished up and only my front reflector really works well. But that hour there is almost no one in the right-hand lane of the Interstate and I don't know why he wasn't in the left one the whole time. Idiots.....anyway might go out tonight for a "fartlek" of sorts since I have a knapsack full of eggs, shaving cream & TP that is just itching to be deployed. Stay safe from ghouls everyone!
