Triple workout today!
1. P90X Back, biceps and ab-ripper: Lots of weights, pullups and core exercises.
2. 2 hours raking up leaves and hauling them into the woods.
3. Jogged 1.5 miles through the woods to the track and then did 8 x 400m repeats. Jogged home.
