Taking an extra running rest day.

weights plus 30 minutes on a recumbent bike at high tension

Did 6 at lunch.
Parents vs kids at my daughters last AAU B-Ball practice of the season tonight.
DD#2 better not think about driving the lane.

5K course inspection of a fun run we are doing tomorrow evening.

2 miles. My group workout got cancelled due to heavy rain and fairly cold, so just ran there and back. Also half hour of yoga.
