6 miles easy.  Still feeling really tired from Sunday.  Will probably take an extra rest day tomorrow.

Are your legs sore? Two days after the long ones is prime time for DOMS.

Yeah, mildly sore.   I think I actually feel better now after this morning's run than I did before, which isn't surprising.  But I haven't been sleeping well and this is a recovery week.   Tomorrow's miles are just supposed to be easy ones so they won't really be missed in the scheme of things.
