SO easy and so good. I always broil at then end so they get brown and sticky. I make these for football games, haven't ever made them as dinner with sides.

Description
Spicy, sticky, and sweet, this has so many wonderful flavors. It’s delicious over rice, but I often serve it with mashed potatoes and green beans on the side.
Ingredients
1 cup Apricot Preserves
½ cups Ketchup
¼ cups Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
2 teaspoons Hot Pepper Sauce
3 pounds Drumsticks (about 12)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. In a small saucepan, combine preserves, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until preserves are melted.
Arrange drumsticks in a single layer on a 13 x 9″ baking pan. Pour sauce over drumsticks, turning to coat. Bake, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is done, spooning sauce over drumsticks while baking. Serves 6.

I don't normally like sweet food like this, but the hot balances it out. And you have to broil at the end. It's not in the recipe but if you don't they don't really get sticky, and they don't get a nice brown color.

That sounds really good. I'm going to try it with thighs!

I am adding it to my list to try!

They will look watery and pale until you broil. Then they come to life.
