6 miles. Started out very sore but felt good by the halfway point.

Ran a 5K trail race today.

12 hilly miles. Last run of the year at the lake. This recovery week has been fantastic and I'm feeling strong.
I stood in the freezing lake to ice my calves. That was cold.
