Track workout tonight! 2 x 800, 2 x 1200, 1 x 400, 2 x 200. 400 rest on 800s and 1200s, else 200 rest.

5 miles at marathon pace
1 mile at threshold pace
3 miles at marathon pace

Gah. Went out around lunchtime to try to get an hour run in before I had to shower and go out to work appts for the afternoon/evening. I got a mile in, realized I didn't have my house key, scoured the area around me and retraced my steps (at a brisk pace) to get back home. No key. Confirmed that hide-a-key was in place so I could get back into the house, and decided to continue my run. Got a work call that I had to take (promotion related) and stopped for that. Finished run, feeling really rushed. My pace was all over the place. I was late for work. But it was done. 6.6 miles. Blergh.
