Title: Monday, October 6
Post by: caito on October 06, 2014, 08:53:50 AM
Gym stuff.

Should have run 4 miles as well, but I'm doing something smart and resting since I think I've got a minor calf strain.  It held up through the weekend's runs but now that I'm in a recovery week, I may as well dial it way back and recover.

At least that's what I'm telling myself while I'm wicked annoyed to be missing any mileage.   But I'd rather be annoyed and be smart.

4 miles, recovery effort.

See there Caito? I ran it for you. You're welcome. :)

11 miles. Really nice morning. I'd planned an out and back so I could be sure of the mileage, but at 5.5 I decided to keep going and hope I could turn it into a good loop. It was a beautiful route and turned out to be just slightly over 11.

3 on the trails with DH, and then 4.5 on the road by myself for a total of 7.5.

Zero

It's a beautiful night. I almost feel guilty not running, but I need the rest.
