Gym stuff. Running rest day.

5.4 this morning.
Felt pretty good.

Easy day: 4.5 miles

Upper body and core (P90 X shoulders and arms + ab-ripper)

10 w hill stuff. Perfect early Autumn day.

6.5 on a very blustery day

45 minutes on the treadmill.

almost 4 on the beach, cloudy and not too hot.

Today: 4 miles

5 miles...I just nailed the perfect pace and felt aerobic and not strained.
