Gym stuff & 5 miles easy.

Running rest day. Maybe some recovery yoga & stretching.

Four miles in the rain. Felt good.

6. Still warm but I picked up the pace and felt strong.

11 miles easy.

6 mile tempo run -- light rain

4 miles on a TM. Felt lousy.

30 minutes on the treadmill.

2 mile warm up
4 x 1 mile at lactate threshold with 1-minute rests
2 mile cool down

6.91 miles in and around the hills at Shelburne Farms.
