Beginning to feel like myself again, and not the plegmy mess that accompanied last week's cold.

Yoga at 6 am. Interval workout later. Or sooner. Sometime today.

3.3 Trail. Going to do the same loop this afternoon so !double!. But only 6.6 miles, so it doesn't seem much different than just doing one long run.
Finally got under 70 degrees. Yea fall!!
Second run complete, easy peasy.

Intervals, done. Total of 5.84 miles.

Tried test driving the injuried hips/hams today. Not good, three really slow miles before I cashed it in.

2 miles easy. Quads and hammies still a little sore from Saturday's race. I suck at hills. Real bad.
On the other hand I checked the results and somehow I finished 3rd in my age group. Unpossible since I crashed and was 8 minutes behind my goal.
