10 miles easy.

17 miles. Slow pace, but not easy. It got warm & humid again today. >:(
Glad I finished strong, and it was a great exercise in mental toughness.

12 very slow. Yep, warm and humid again.

70 minutes on the treadmill. Hoping hip will be ready for the outside roads again in a few days.

Rest day. Four pull ups and a little bit of yoga. :D
