6 am yoga, done.
Due to run today but it's raining, so later.

9 miles with 6 x hill.

4, easy

Did a boot camp that a friend in the neighborhood is running. The class was about 50 mins., and I ran there and back for about 2 miles. Pouring rain the whole time, but nice to socialize with friends doing the class. Now I want soup.

7 slow miles.

8 miles with gumption

5 miles, quick pace, felt really strong. Beautiful weather for running. First run since a good training run (19 miles!) on Saturday that left me quite a bit tender.

Progression run, 1 hour - 20 min easy, 20 min med, 20 min med/hard effort. Was kind of worried that I'd poop out, but actually did really well with it.

6 miles easy. Perfect night for running.
