Gym stuff & 4 miles easy.

Cross-training day. Elliptical for 40 min.

8. Overcast and relatively cool, which made for a good run.

5.3 miles

5 easy. Cool and shady.

6 miles, felt like it might be under 75F.

5 miles in the nice weather.

Ran an unknown distance for 32 minutes.

4 mile walk.

50 minute shuffle on the dreadmill. Better for my hip and cuz it's raining outside.

yesterday (forgot to post): 4 miles easy
today: 13 miles including:
- 1 mile warm up
- 6 miles at marathon pace
- 1 mile at lactate threshold pace
- 4 miles at marathon pace
- 1 mile cool down
