Sprint triathlon. Boom. :)
Best swim ever, for me. Solid bike, headwind was a bitch. Legs felt like I was running through pudding but I put down a strong run time.
ETA...just took a closer look at results, and previous tri times. Big PRs in triathlon paces across the board, huge. I'm pretty happy with that.

14. I ran with a slower group, which was fine. It was really hot, so it made it much more enjoyable.

Hip still bothering me. Bought a 5" massage ball to try to work it out. Attempted a run, but lasted only a half mile before I gave up and went for a 50 minute bike ride instead.
