Post by: mariobrega on September 15, 2014, 05:14:30 AM: Yes. I made it here. Here u can find good milk and me and my wife studied how to do it on the web. Not so easy but you can do also Mozzarella. Its fantastic to have a Caprese. Mozzarella and slices of tomatoes.

Today we want to make mozzarella at home but for some errors we get ricotta! LOL

Thanks rio. I liked to write on a italian soccer forum. Then I start running by myself and so I start lookin for a running forum.
