hi all !!!
today started my day at 8 am !! 1 hour and 20min of countryside running at medium-slow speed.
good for my legs, i'm getting better and better.

5.25 miles easy.

3.75 this morning and tried some speed work. Read a post on Facebook by Hal Higdon about alternating hard and easy, and, although I've been increasing my mileage I haven't really been doing that, so decided to make it harder this morning.

Early morning bike, about an hour give or take, and about 15 miles. Conversational pace, plenty of chit-chat with my friend while we looped around the park. Good way to start the day.

5 miles at lunch, 80 degrees.

Just weights today

10 miles

2 in my new shoes. Felt really good, better than I have.

10 mile run home from work with a backpack.

5 miles.
Picked up the pace on the last mile.

First run post marathon, 5K. Feeling stiff around right hams and glutes.
