Out for an easy effort run...meant to get out by 9 am before it got too hot, but Garmin was dead as a doornail and I got a phone call, so didn't get out until after 10. HOT. But followed that with a deep tissue sports massage, so ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. My calves and other parts are happy.

Track workout tonight! 3 sets of 600, 1000, with 200 rest afetr the 600's and 400 rest after the 1000's.

- 1.5 mile warm up
- 3 x 3 minutes at V02 max with 2-minute jog recoveries
- 4 x 2 minutes at V02 max with 1-minute jog recoveries
- 5 x 1 minute at V02 max with 1-minute jog recoveries
- 0.5 mile cool down
This was a tough workout. It was also 85 degrees, so I was drenched in sweat by the end and nauseous.
