Many non-running things this morning, already...60 min vinyasa flow yoga, 30 min on the elliptical, and 25 min of laps. Boom.

8 mile tempo run. Good stuff considering yesterday was my long run. Perfect weather.

5 miles, because mr hot dog eating face off set the alarm for 4:45PM.

Just a shake out 5K. Shutting it down till marathon Saturday.
