Gym stuff.
Running rest day.

2.5, easy. Will give tomorrow's 13.1 a shot, I think.

3 miles with my son this morning.

10 miles with 10x1:00. Oh my god it's getting so freaking hot here. It sucks.

12 good miles on grass and trails. Overcast and cooler.

Cross training day...40 minutes on elliptical, followed by 1100 yards swimming. Big win - used watch to actually count laps in 100's, so I knew how far I went, for a change!

16K. Last semi long run before marathon on August 30th.

Dinner at a local Italian restaurant is laying on my stomach.
Just not feeling it, no run tonight.
