3.5 on the beach, before the sun came up. Much nicer than Monday.

7 easy, bikram later, massage tonight

Easy 30 min today, will be followed by a group ride later this evening for 15 miles.

6 miles, 81 degrees.

6 easy down shady lanes.

6.5 miles with 1mi@5:59 and 2x200m@0:39

7 miles, easy effort.

1.5 mile warm up
4 x 1 mile at lactate threshold pace
1.5 mile cool down
4 x 150-meter hill repeats

11K. Cloudy, but the threaten thunderstorms held off.

Rest.

Group ride for 15.14 miles tonight...including a 1 mile hill climb. Oh, and the group left without me and one other friend, so we hauled ass for the first 3.5 miles, hit the hill, and I caught them at the top. Boom!

6.5 miles, on ripped-up streets they are about to repave.
