Yoga this morning, followed by 20 minutes of easy swimming and 30 minutes on the elliptical. New training plan, day 1.

The heat messed me up yesterday so I tried a 7 minute workout that Hal Higdon posted on Facebook. It doesn't feel like much, but better than nothing.
