Rest day. Need the rest since I am doing a longer run tomorrow.

Long run was Saturday; did 15 miles and need to figure out how to either leave or pickup water on my long runs. That was the definite long stretch.
Yesterday just lifted, felt great to bench press without pain. Good pull-up workout for me; three sets (12, 12, 10).
Ran today and felt great, but for some reason was really slow. I was a full 30 seconds per mile slower than I expected/felt, but whatever. Pushed hard to press the pace and get some speed work on a really comfy, beautiful morning. Already planning a 17-18 mile path for Saturday; getting excited but nervous.

5.5 hot and sticky miles.

6 miles or hills... Felt pretty good... I love running when I'm off work... No pressure to squeeze it in.. I was happy with how I felt after doing a 32 mile bike ride yesterday, which was supposed to be my rest day... My friends convinced me biking WAS resting!
