Got a brick on tap for later. Actually it's a triathlon if you include mowing the lawn.

15 miles. Should have brought more water & another GU. The last 3 miles were brutal.

A very disappointing 11. Was supposed to be 17.
Too much on my feet yesterday + hot today (should have run much earlier) + I need to get serious about nutrition now that runs and weekly mileage are increasing.

10k bike with c in the trailer this morning, 7 k run alone just now. me a happy camper.
I don't even care that on the way home I was so slow that I almost felt I was running backwards. :D

21.21K. Little hot, but not too humid.

Best speed workout in 6 months, I came into it with fresh legs.
15 minute warm up.
2 x one mile , 75 second rest intervals.
According to McMillan this was vo2 for me, but I see it as more of an LT cruise interval. 2ND mile faster than first.
I could have churned out another but I don't think I'm running enough miles to support 3 repeat miles of speed work.
