Tried it once in '08 and took a sluggish 54 days, but now has a bit more experience on his side. 46 days by Jennifer Pharr-Davis, who has currently chicked the entire world, is the number to beat. GOGOGOSPEEDGOAT!!!

18 days in and he's at 768.3 miles, averaging 42.68 miles per day (southbound, so the beginning stretch is tougher). Just a hair ahead of the splits of the current record holder. Chugging through New York and supposedly feeling good. GOGOGO!!!
