There is a sport's dome in Bethel, CT.  Their website talks about a 400 meters track and has memberships for runners.  I was suspicious of the claims and went to visit the facility.  The track has 90 degree turns and is made out of concrete.  It is also an unknown distance.  Needless to say, I didn't sign up.

Our practice track for Hayward Field is square with rounded corners.
