I can't tell if I think it's disgusting or delicious. But I can't stop eating it.

Chop it up and put in a salad of: kale, spinach, pumpkin seeds, craisins, almonds. With a dressing made of oj, rice vinegar, sesame oil, shallots, soy sauce, honey.

love it. Very good when you have a mildly upset stomach.
I sometimes put it in my carrot dish, along with dried cranberries and raisins.

If you google Central Market Kale salad, there are bunch of copycat recipes from which to start and change up based on your tastes.
It's a salad at our grocery store deli and it's really good, but expensive to buy by the lb. I just make it. It's so much better too, since the store uses a lot more honey and/or other added sugar than I like.

I love candied ginger. Especially with dark chocolate.
