it's all over the stores now, because of St Patty's day. But I have never prepared one. Any good recipes? Not the traditional Irish ones... too plain for me.

I like to slice into big rounds, salt it, sprinkle ome smoked paprika and roast

Mostly I use it like a green veg: cut into chunks, steam, serve on the side... or raw in salads and sanwiches or summer kimchi. Sometimes I cut it into strips and steam, then serve with stew or curry. Or stir fry.
I keep meaning to try roasting it but I forget.

what 'bou said. Most of the time we snack on it raw before I can cook it (stir fry is my favorite).
